All digital products are delivered electronically. Upon completed purchase, access or download instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure accurate contact information is submitted at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service or digital product at any time. In the event that a product you have purchased is discontinued, we will make every reasonable effort to communicate with you directly.

Payments & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing. Elizabeth Consulting Services does not store your full payment information.

For recurring or installment payment arrangements, you authorize Elizabeth Consulting Services to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid. Failed payments may result in a pause or termination of services.

Refund Policy

We want every purchase to feel worthwhile. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and grounded in mutual respect for both your investment and our work.

Digital Products

All sales of downloadable digital products — including templates, guides, workbooks, and toolkits — are final and non-refundable. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, no refunds or exchanges are offered once access or download has been granted.

Services & Coaching

Full Refund: Requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase will receive a full refund to the original payment method, no questions asked.

Partial Refund: Requests submitted after the 24-hour window may be considered for a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the scope of work completed at the time of the request.

No Refund: Refunds will not be issued once a service has been fully delivered or a session has been completed.

How to Request

To initiate a refund request, email us at [email protected] with your name, order details, and the reason for your request.

All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

We are committed to resolving every concern promptly and with care.

A Note on ChargebacksWe are committed to addressing any concerns you have directly and transparently. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at [email protected]. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to any purchased digital products or services. We would much rather resolve things together.
